How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible. For urgent requests, please contact our customer support immediately.

In case I change my mind about the size picked up, can I replace the order?

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we’re happy to assist. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused condition.

A video of unboxing the product and minimum 2 pictures will be required to claim an exchange for damaged products received.

Shipping charges for return may apply. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate.

Tags must be intact, undamaged, and attached – tore, broken, or removed tags will make the item ineligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are not allowed on:Customised/personalised jewellery.

Note:

We offer one-time exchange per order.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

Once we verify the error, we will arrange a free pickup of the incorrect item. The correct product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

If the desired item is out of stock, you may opt for:

1.   A full refund, or

2.   A store credit, valid for your next purchase.

Do I need to pay for the return shipment if I return my order?

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the shipping cost.

If return/exchange is due to a change of mind or size issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping
