All our pieces are made from 925 sterling silver, known for its durability, shine, and purity. Many designs are accented with semi-precious stones, zircons, and enamel for added elegance.
2. Is your silver real and hallmarked?
Yes, our silver is 92.5% pure and many of our products carry the BIS hallmark wherever applicable.
3. How do I take care of my silver jewellery?
- Store them in a dry, airtight container
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water
- Use a soft cloth to clean and polish regularly
4. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Contact us via WhatsApp/Call or Instagram to discuss custom orders.
5. How do I place an order?
You can order directly from our website. Just browse your favorite pieces, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also DM us on Instagram or Whatsapp with product images. For assistance, reach out on WhatsApp.
6. Do you offer COD?
No. We accept only prepaid orders currently.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking.
7. How long does delivery take?
- Metro cities: 3–5 days
- Other regions: 5–7 days
Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items. A video of unboxing the product and minimum 2 pictures will be required to claim a return for damaged products. Custom orders are not returnable. Contact us to initiate a return.
